This looks different in each neighborhood – a mixed-income housing development, park renovations, or a commercial space rehabilitation are just a few examples of what we build. We listen to neighbors so we can understand what’s working and where there is opportunity for improvement.

Take part in a fast-tracked version of the Spark Developers Academy all in one day! Get experience creating a realistic proposal for development projects including considerations for predevelopment, financials, and construction of a real estate development project.
You will have the opportunity to optimize your development knowledge by working alongside aspiring and existing developers. Immediately apply learned resources through building a case study on land bank properties while receiving technical assistance from experts. Compete with groups to develop sound proposals for development and pitch presentations for advice to improve your skill set.
